Job Description:
As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you?ll be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include:

Reaching out to clients as their requests come in and scheduling appointments to discuss their benefits.
Guiding clients through their benefits presentation and helping them enroll in their preferred benefit packages.
Providing ongoing support and answering client questions throughout the process.
Building trust with the families we serve and becoming their go-to resource for benefits-related inquiries.
