Tasks

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for:
? Efficiently manage customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity by using several channels of communication
? Support marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness on SWC news & services
? Maintain & strengthen close customer relationship at all levels
? Ensure correct billing to customer by controlling bookings and Air Waybills & make corrections
? Strengthen outdoor sales efforts by supporting in rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, reports
? Prioritizes workloads to enable swift & competent response to internal & external inquiries.
? Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure operations run smooth
? Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements

The ideal Customer Service Agent should meet the following requirements: ? Associates degree preferred ? IT applications: Good MS office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint ? Logistics or customer service training is an asset ? Experience in customer service and/or operations ? Ideally experienced in air cargo / logistics and/or aviation environment ? Good command of French and English language: fluent in speaking and writing ? Any other languages are of advantage ? Good interpersonal communication skills verbal and written (email, letter, internet) ? Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces ? Impeccable customer service attitude ? Initiative, reliable and quality oriented working attitude ? Flexibility to work on different functions within the department ? Willingness and ability to travel ?
