Customer Service and Sales Representative - Remote | WFH

As a Telecommunications Customer Support Representative (CSSR) at our national headquarters in Las Vegas, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our services. You'll be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service to exhibitors and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and resolve technical issues related to customer internet connections.
Respond to exhibitor inquiries and troubleshoot through various channels, including phone calls, in-person interactions, and emails.
Process customer orders and sell value-added services.
Collect payments and assist with financial transactions.
Support field offices and provide on-site assistance during events as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in relevant fields is a plus.
Preferably 1-3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on exhibitor services.
Knowledge of data networking products and services is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on telephone customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
Successful completion of a background check is required as part of the hiring process.
