What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer incoming phone calls from members and resolve inquiries to ensure quality service
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to enhance member relationships
• Assist and train members in using automated services provided by the credit union
• Comply with regulations and complete account transaction requests efficiently
• Train other service center employees as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
• One to twelve months of related experience, including call center or branch experience
• Must be MSR Certified or complete Certification within 3 months of hire
• Basic computer operating skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate patiently and courteously with members

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience with Symitar and 10-Key
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• Familiarity with credit union policies and procedures
