Responsibilities: ? Consult with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements ? Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries ? Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency ? Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns ? Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services ? Meet sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities ? Utilize online booking systems and software tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity ? Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in the travel industry, customer service, sales, or related field preferred ? Strong understanding of travel destinations, products, services, and industry trends ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients ? Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and itineraries ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment ? Proficiency in using computer systems, telecommunication devices, and online tools ?
