Job Description


Amazon is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Irving, Texas. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the customer service database.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.

Educational Qualifications
