• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on problem-solving
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
• Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with professionalism
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
