Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and following up as needed to ensure complete satisfaction. Collaborating with our sales and administrative teams to provide a cohesive and positive experience for our clients at every step of the process. Qualifications: We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a genuine passion for helping others (real estate experience is a plus but not required). Possesses excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging demeanor. Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
