What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answering/transferring inbound and outbound calls during business hours
? Providing support to other departments and mail services
? Processing customer service requests, payments, and administrative tasks
? Insurance tracking and reporting
? Assisting with early-stage collections duties
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? At least 3 years of customer service experience
? High school diploma or GED
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Detail-oriented and organized
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? At least 5 years of customer service experience
? Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or social science
? Knowledge of the Equipment Loan/Leasing Finance industry
? Knowledge of Salesforce
? Bilingual Spanish proficiency
