We pride ourselves on our dedication to customer satisfaction and are currently seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities... 1. Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone and email. 2. Assist parents/guardians with enrolling student(s) in EXL, the before-and after-school program for San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) as well as enrolling same student(s) in Broadway Now! programs offered to all EXL students at SBCUSD. Provide parent/guardian support with inquiries, concerns, and program- related questions. 3. Provide weekly enrollment and attendance reports for various Broadway Now! programs to program coordinators. Reports should include trends such as daily and weekly attendance averages as well as enrollment averages for both EXL and Broadway Now! programs. 4. Identify gaps where student ?no show? rates are increasing and research cause. 5. Contact parents/guardians during evening hours and weekends to investigate why student(s) are not attending class. Report finding to program coordinators. 6. Resolve parent/guardian issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. 7. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our programs to address customer queries effectively. 8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer support. 9. Keep accurate records of parent/guardian interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 10. Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and program updates. 11. Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics. Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues. 4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 6. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 7. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 8. Must be able to verbally communicate effectively in Spanish. Read/write in Spanish a must. 9. Must work evenings and weekends up to 6-10 hours per week. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 2. Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous. 3. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. May include occasional travel to school site. 4.
