Position Overview: As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our valued customers. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Proficiency with computer systems and software applications ? Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work ? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
