What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Support student and patient processes through various communication channels
? Assist with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
? Utilize ERP and CRM systems to review student records and assist with enrollment
? Schedule patient appointments and navigate Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
? Ensure compliance with university policies and HIPAA regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
? One year of customer service experience
? Proficient in English and Spanish (Preferred)
? Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
? Experience using Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Associate or Bachelor's degree
? Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
? Knowledge of academic programs, policies, and regulations
? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
? Experience with NextGen and/or Avaya systems
