What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Support student and patient interactions across various communication channels
? Assist with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
? Provide general information on academic procedures and processes
? Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals
? Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
? One (1) year of customer service experience
? Proficient in English language and basic computer skills
? Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
? Ability to work independently and within a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Associate or Bachelor's degree
? Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
? Knowledge of Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
? Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
