PBD Worldwide is currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to deliver Superior Service Every Time! The key responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative are as follows: ? Processes Client eMail, chat, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e. FIFO) ? Specialty Orders and Process Handling ? Client chat support ? Customer Service phone support ? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while delivering superior customer service via phone, email, and chat ? Provide accurate and timely product and service information ? Provide prompt and accurate order completion ? Prompt completion of account correspondence (eMail, chat, fax, etc.) ? Other duties as assigned Requirements: ? High School Diploma or equivalent ?
