Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers in resolving issues and provide accurate information about products and services.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and policies to provide effective support.

Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experiences.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with our service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is an advantage.

Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

PAY RATE : $20.44 - $32.19 HOURLY
