The starting wage is $18.85 per hour, which increases to $20.74 per hour on weekends due to a 10% bonus. Work schedules are regular, full-time, and primarily in the afternoons and evenings, including weekends and some holidays. We also offer opportunities for career advancement and skill development. Your Duties: ? Promptly identify and resolve members? urgent needs, prioritizing their safety and meticulously recording all interactions. ? Remain composed and sympathetic during high-pressure calls. ? Quickly relay critical details to both internal and external teams to expedite responses. ? Work collaboratively to ensure smooth service delivery. ? Thrive in a target-driven setting where performance is regularly evaluated to improve member satisfaction. Home Office Requirements: ? A quiet, uninterrupted work area. ? A reliable internet connection with a direct ISP link via Ethernet (not DSL, Satellite, or Hot Spots), with minimum speeds of 25 mbps for downloads and 5 mbps for uploads. We provide a computer and assist with internet costs. ? Demonstrated ability to be productive and maintain confidentiality when working remotely. ? Consistent attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions. ? Availability during standard business hours, with some adaptability for schedule changes. Requirements: ? A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. ? Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Outlook. ? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. ?
