Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Applicants MUST have their own computer, 2 monitors, high-speed internet and a USB headset

Qualifications: ? Willing to work a flexible schedule to include Saturdays and holidays ? Training is Full-Time, Monday - Friday for THREE weeks with two available classes monthly ? Training schedule is Monday - Friday, from 9:00 - 5:30pm EST ? Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications ? Provide service support, solutions, and additional product information ? High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude ? Ability to communicate effectively with customers business partners and co-workers ? Ability to multi tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail ? High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED)
