What You?ll Do in This Role

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and confidence.
Explain AT to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with collections, activations, retention, technical support, and inquiries.

?? Technical Assistance

Help customers with voice, data, roaming, and network-related issues.
Support customers with air cards, USB devices, and AT.

?? Sales

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by introducing AT.
Maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.

?? Data Management

Navigate between multiple tools and systems to update customer records.
Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.

What We?re Looking For
? Experience: Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus!
? Flexibility: Must be willing to work any schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
? Tech-Savvy: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new software quickly.
? Strong Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex information for customers.
? Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
