Customer Assistance:
? Offer prompt and personable assistance to group travelers via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat), addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert guidance

Booking Support:
? Aid customers in booking group travel arrangements, encompassing flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, guaranteeing precision and alignment with company policies

Itinerary Management:
? Develop and maintain comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to group preferences, budgetary constraints, and destination-specific requirements

Problem Resolution:
? Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related challenges, such as flight delays or accommodation changes, to minimize disruptions and uphold customer satisfaction

Communication:
? Foster transparent and effective communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience

Travel Documentation:
? Assist travelers in securing necessary visas, permits, and travel documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations

Destination Knowledge:
? Stay abreast of travel trends and destination insights to provide valuable recommendations and enhance customer experiences

Quality Assurance:
? Verify the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, conducting thorough cross-checks to mitigate errors or oversights

Record Keeping:
? Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, travel arrangements, and pertinent communications within the system

Team Collaboration:
