Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

3. Provide detailed information about UPS services and products.

4. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

7. Keep up-to-date with UPS services and updates.

8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hourly Salary Range

$25.00 ? $45.00 per hour
