    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assist providers with claims, status inquiries, denial rationale, appeals, and routing
  • Handle authorizations, utilization management appeals, and prior authorization verification
  • Address eligibility and benefits inquiries, interpreting medical benefit grids, and credentialing
  • Document provider inquiries, route information, and educate on self-service options
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to incoming calls and resolving inquiries
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of high-volume call center experience as a customer service representative
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong typing and analytical abilities
  • Active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • 1-2 years of experience with healthcare insurance
  • Medicaid experience highly favored
