As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As the first point of contact for our customers and sales representatives, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.

Job requirements can be satisfied fully remotely. Being within driving distance of our primary manufacturing facility is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities: ? Process customer orders accurately and ensure follow-through to shipment. ? Provide timely and professional support to customers and sales representatives. ? Work closely with the sales, art, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. ? Assist the national sales team with inquiries, product availability, and order tracking. ? Address customer concerns and provide solutions with a customer-first approach. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. ? Support other administrative tasks as needed.

What We?re Looking For:
? 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, and order processing
? Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as a high level of learning and navigating complex software interfaces.
? Experience working collaboratively across remote teams in a remote environment.
? A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 ? 40 per week
