The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday with standard business hours. Job Description


As a Customer Service Technician at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support and resolving issues related to Amazon’s products and services. You will interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with Amazon’s products and services is a plus.


Responsibilities



  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon’s products and services.

  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in the customer support system.

  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s products and services.

  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and product functionality.

Educational Qualifications
