Job Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager in Washington State. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers achieve success by guiding them through our services and products to maximize their value. Requirements


– Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role


– Strong understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) products and services


– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


– Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite


– Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset


Responsibilities


– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships


– Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts


– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives


– Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders


– Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas


– Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory


– Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Educational Qualifications


– Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred


Experience


– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or similar role


– Experience in SaaS industry is highly desirable
