What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 3+ years of customer-facing experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or related fields
? Self-starter with a positive attitude and high degree of empathy
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Familiarity with SaaS Technology Platforms and Help Desk Software
? Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

? Previous customer service experience in a service-related industry

? Technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve product issues effectively
