Job Summary:

We are searching for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Agent to join our team on a part-time basis in Laredo. The ideal candidate will be hired by one of the leading companies in the U.S., like Amazon, Apple, or AT&T. Description:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first line of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will entail handling a wide range of inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our agents are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and efficiency to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

– Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

– Resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

– Maintaining customer records by updating account information.

– Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

– Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.

– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– High school diploma.
