Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)


• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner


• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions

Educational Qualifications
