Job Description

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the customer support team to achieve targets and goals.


• Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures.


• Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to ensure high levels of service.


• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.


• Train and mentor new and existing customer support staff.


• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.


• Familiarity with customer support software and tools.


• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer support or related field.


• Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus.
