Customer Support Representative

As A Customer Support Representative You Will:
? Educate and provide accurate information directly to consumers regarding purchase orders, product offerings, changes in service, or impending sales promotions
? Develop and serve as the direct point of contact for our client?s customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution
? Support our sales professionals in assisting customers, overturning objections, exceeding expectations, and closing out sales
? Maintain detailed customer account information including address, contact information, and billing
? Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
? Collaborate with fellow Customer Support Representative team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance sales profits for our clients

What We Look For From Our Customer Support Representative:
? A high school diploma or equivalent is required
? An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales
? An outgoing personality and the natural ability to connect with customers, clients, and other team members within the Customer Support Representative team
? A self-starter with a competitive spirit to accomplish set targets and drive our clients? growth forward
? Natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
