Position Summary

As a Data Analyst you will be a member of the Strategic Analytics, Value and Economics (SAVEs) team. The SAVEs team performs a range of claims-based analyses, payer analytics, and modeling to support our life sciences and healthcare services clients.

Key Responsibilities
? Perform healthcare claims-based analytics which include health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), market-based assessment of diseases or treatment usage.
? Execute analyses in Medicare and Medicaid healthcare claims

Competencies
? Willingness and ability to quickly learn datasets and payment systems, solve complex problems with minimal-to-moderate supervision
? Works independently to complete specific components of research and analysis to support project delivery

Skills
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Strong ability to multi-task
? Project management and time management skills
? SAS, SQL
? Advance Microsoft Office skills Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Education
? Bachelor?s or master?s degree, preferable in a healthcare, economic, or mathematics related field

Experience
? 3 plus years working in SAS, SQL, or other relevant programming experience
? Experience working with health care datasets and performing quantitative research
