Data Entry/Accounts Payable Support Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Standard Business Hours)
Location: Hybrid/Remote after initial on-site training (30-90 days required at Chandler, AZ office)

What You'll Do
As a Data Entry/Accounts Payable Support Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team committed to ensuring seamless accounts payable processes for our clients. This role offers a vibrant work environment with ample opportunities for professional growth.
Enter data accurately and efficiently into our user-friendly software system.
Provide excellent customer service through phone and email support.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors through effective communication.
Investigate, resolve, and follow up on discrepancies promptly.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Minimum 1 Year Of Customer Service Experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
