Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in various office software, particularly Excel and database management. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our data and supporting various departments with their clerical needs.

Duties
? Maintain Confidentiality and adhere to appropriate regulations/laws.
? Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
? Perform order entry tasks to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
? Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
? Assist in the management of office administrative tasks as needed.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
? Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
? Generate reports as required to support departmental functions.
