Job Description

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.


• Excellent typing skills with speed and accuracy.


• Good organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to work independently and remotely.


• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inputting data into our software systems from various sources accurately and efficiently.


• Maintaining and updating databases to ensure information is current and accurate.


• Verifying data by comparing it to source documents.


• Identifying and correcting data entry errors.


• Generating reports as required.


• Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operation of data management tasks.
