Data Entry Operator

Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is looking to hire a Data Entry professional to assist them with their current conversion initiatives. What you have:
? Previous experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA?s) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors
? Excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work.
? Customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

? The Conversion Specialist will promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality.

? Process incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers.

? Provide value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies.

? Collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues.
