Rowell Payroll, a leading accounting firm specializing in payroll services, is seeking a skilled and meticulous Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a vital role within our organization by performing accurate data entry and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will contribute to the efficient operation of our payroll services and help ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities
? Efficiently and accurately enter data into our payroll system
? Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
? Maintain records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information
? Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any errors
? Assist with data clean-up and data conversion projects
? Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely processing of payroll
? Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling... sensitive information

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
? Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
? Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll processes would be an advantage
