Data Entry Specialist

Duties
? Input and transcribe data into databases and spreadsheets with precision.
? Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all orders are processed accurately.
? Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software to manage data effectively.

? Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
? Assist in the development and implementation of data management systems.
? Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.

Qualifications
? Proficient in computer systems with a strong understanding of databases.
? Experience in clerical work, particularly in data entry roles.
? Basic math skills for verifying numerical data.
? Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
? Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
