- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately input and maintain data related to travel bookings, reservations, and client profiles in the employer's database
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the system
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval of information
- Generate and distribute reports on key performance metrics and booking trends to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is advantageous
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with travel industry terminology and booking systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
