Position: Data Entry Specialist

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our logistics database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities
? Accurately input data into our logistics management system.
? Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
? Update and maintain information in our database on a regular basis.
? Assist in preparing regular reports and summaries of data.
? Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
? Identify and correct data entry errors and report any discrepancies.
? Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
? Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar position.
? Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
? Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management systems is a plus.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
