Location: RemoteDuration: 12 monthsJob Description: -MRC Compliance Data Manager-MRC is a documentation intense program. We are looking for someone who has the ability to compile and build a database that would be one stop location for all documentation including test results and reportsMRC Compliance Data Manager will have a good understanding of key material regulatory compliance (MRC) specific documentation (FMD, Compliance documentation), compliance test reports, has the ability to compile and build a database that would be one stop location for all documentation including test results and reports. The data manager will partner with MRC team, cross functional teams and vendors to obtain required material, component and finished unit specific documentation towards building the database. MRC Compliance Data manager is expected to have a good understanding of connecting different systems and documentation types into one centralized searchable location through programming or... commercially available systems.Responsibilities:Architect, maintain and manage MRC database system(s).Trouble shoot any issues that may arise, oversee installation and security of the databaseEnsure data quality and integrity is maintained within the database and present performance/usage report to managementEngage with cross functional partners, MRC SME's and program managers, engagement with external partners and suppliers to help build processes and robust data base systems.Manage, organize and maintain large volumes of documentation for multiple/complex projects in a one-stop searchable databaseManage and track analytical test results, MRC assessment reports and compliance documentation and setup a database system to track and search efficientlyWork with existing systems to pull data from different systems and work within a fast paced environmentPartner with cross functional team members and suppliers to obtain documentation required and build a company wide accessible data storage systemClear and effective communication with cross functional team and leadership.Minimum QualificationsBS in Chemistry, Data Science, Engineering or related field2+ years of project management/data base management in a corporate settingExperience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectivelyHave basic programming skills, and good understanding of different workflow, FMD systems, Agile, data storage systems and biocompatibility review processAbility to work in fast paced, collaborative, cross functional environmentExcellent communication skills. Ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audienceBe a team player. Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the boxTop 3 must-have HARD skills
• BS in Chemistry, Data Science, Engineering or related field
Good to have skills:
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively
How many years of experience should they have:
• 2+ years of project management/database management in a corporate setting
