Assist in planning, scheduling, and promoting ministry programs
Provide excellent customer service to volunteers, ministry participants, and community partners
Work closely with the outreach center director to ensure program success
Nurture relationships with participants and partners
Maintain detailed organization and administration of tasks

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in administration or customer service preferred
Spiritual gifts of organization, service, and administration

Experience in a religious organization or ministry setting
Knowledge of spiritual growth principles
Familiarity with church community dynamics
