### Job Description

As a Cabin Crew Assistant, you will work closely with senior flight attendants to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities include assisting with in-flight service and safety procedures, preparing the cabin, and responding to passenger requests. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for service excellence.

### Responsibilities:

– Assist in the preparation of the cabin for takeoff and landing

– Help in the distribution of meals, beverages, and snacks

– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during the flight

– Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, and disabled individuals

– Coordinate with the lead flight attendants and pilots to manage in-flight emergencies

– Participate in pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings

– Maintain a high level of personal grooming and professional appearance

### Requirements:

– Minimum age of 18 years

– High School Diploma or GED equivalent

– Ability to speak, write, and read English fluently; additional languages are a plus

– Physical ability to manage frequent standing, walking, bending, and moderate lifting

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

– Must pass a background check and drug screening

– No visible tattoos while in uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings aren?t permitted)

– Valid passport to facilitate international travel

### Educational Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or equivalent required

– Further certification in hospitality or relevant fields is advantageous

### Experience:

While no previous airline experience is required, experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is highly beneficial.
