Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
? A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions

Responsibilities
? Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
? Assist customers with booking, changes, and cancellations of flights
? Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
? Update and maintain customer records
? Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
