Job Description

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate?s degree or higher preferred.


• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.


• Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
