As a Delta Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will assist them with inquiries related to bookings, flight schedules, baggage policies, and more. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of empathy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

### Requirements:

1. Must be a resident of Georgia.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Strong written communication skills.

4. Ability to type 40+ words per minute.

5. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

6. Basic computer literacy.

7. Customer service orientation.

### Responsibilities:

1. Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat.

2. Resolve inquiries related to flight schedules, bookings, and cancellations.

3. Assist with baggage claims and other travel-related issues.

4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

5. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.

6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

7. Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.

### Educational Qualifications:
