Job Description


Delta Airlines is excited to announce immediate openings for Remote Delta Live Chat Agents. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive image of Delta Airlines. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of a leading airline company.


In this position, you will handle a variety of customer interactions through our live chat platform, including answering questions about flight bookings, cancellations, baggage, and other travel-related inquiries. If you are a customer service expert with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.


Requirements


– High school diploma or equivalent


– Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment


– Exceptional written communication skills


– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


– Strong problem-solving abilities


– High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup


– Proficiency with computers and customer service software


Responsibilities


– Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner


– Provide accurate information regarding flights, bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related matters


– Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary


– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers


– Follow all company protocols and policies


– Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


– Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery

Educational Qualifications


– High school diploma or equivalent is required


– Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus


Experience


– At least 1 year of customer service experience, especially in a remote or call center setting, is highly preferred


– Experience in the airline or travel industry is a bonus but not mandatory
