We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, maintaining, and retrieving data from our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.

Key Responsibilities...

Input data from a variety of sources into the computer system with speed and accuracy.

Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.

Organize data in a structured manner to optimize efficiency and accessibility.

Update and maintain databases with necessary changes and additions.

Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office and data programs.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.

Experience:

Previous experience in data entry or related fields is preferred but not required. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience who demonstrate the necessary skills and eagerness to learn.

Working Hours:

This is a remote position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with the option for schedule adjustments based on workload and deadlines.
