Requirements
- High-speed internet connection

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of the travel and airline industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Managing and organizing digital files and documents
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Assisting with data entry and database management
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Handling confidential information with discretion

Experience
