A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a Digital Product Manager, you will:
? Create and own features that support product strategy and IT delivery.
?... Lead the direction and focus of engineering and user experience teams.
? Identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlog and roadmap to maximize business outcomes.
? Lead engineering on driving out a technical design, estimates and the delivery.
? Lead UX on driving out design and validate user flows and interfaces.
? Define success metrics and measurement plan.
? Identify and align to external dependencies.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience.
? Must have 4+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry.
SALARY:
? $175,000 - $225,000 plus 35% bonus
