This role can be based in Plantation, FL... or Bellevue, WA. The Director will be responsible for the development, integration, and optimization of financial systems and tools, ensuring streamlined financial operations while collaborating closely with finance leadership and infrastructure IT teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for the Director of Financial Systems position is (180,500.00 - )288,500.00, influenced by relevant experience, education, and work location. Additional benefits include:

Skills
? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master?s Degree preferred
? 10+ years of experience in finance systems integration or IT support, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
? Proven experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Oracle EPM, Vertex)
? Solid understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and data management
? Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage large-scale projects
? Expertise in database management, system automation, and API integration
? Experience in developing and deploying AI systems in a finance context

Responsibilities
? Lead and manage a team of finance IT professionals
? Oversee operations and maintenance of financial systems (Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, Vertex, Alteryx)
? Develop and implement strategy for financial systems alignment with business objectives
? Design and deploy finance AI systems to enhance processes
? Advise on system integration projects and ensure data flow between platforms
? Mentor and support the finance IT team to achieve project goals
? Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
? Build data governance capability to ensure data integrity
? Oversee project management from inception to completion
? Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications
? 10+ years of experience in finance systems integration, IT support, or a similar role
? Proven experience with financial systems and ERP integrations
? Expertise in database management and system automation
? Experience in leading multi-functional teams and running complex projects

Education Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
? Master?s degree preferred
