Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and... improvement by recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of MAMs. By leveraging our organizational health model and upholding our core values, you will play a pivotal role in achieving company objectives and fostering a culture of success.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of MAMs to enroll dealers and consistently generate contract volume within your territory.
- Monitor and uphold the 10 Dimensions of Organizational Health to ensure optimal team performance and alignment with company goals.
- Implement strategies to drive new business growth and increase contract volume from existing dealers.
- Mentor and coach MAMs to identify and address performance gaps effectively.
- Demonstrate effective leadership through strategic planning, clear communication, and strong relationship building.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the automotive industry, with a proven track record of growth and performance improvement.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the designated district.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
